FAQ

What is your return policy?  No Returns are accepted at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?  PayPal gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, or direct payments from your PayPal balance.

Do I need a PayPal account?  No. You can use our shopping cart without a PayPal account.

I create my own dance attire or accessories. How can I sell my line to ROTATION?  YES! Please Contact us to see if your items are a fit for our customer and discuss the terms of a sales or consignment agreement.  Think of us as a gallery for dancewear designers.  We do all the work, photographing, marketing, sales and customer service, leaving you free to create.

Is my work eligable for consignment?  Items eligible for consignment have a minimum Estimated Sale Price of $150 or are multiple items, which are a collection of your own creation and therefor can be duplicated. Consigning with Rotation you receive 50%-75% of the final sales price after the item has sold.  All percentages are dependent on the type of piece and the number of items you wish to sell.

What do I need to consign?  To sell or consign with us you must be at least 18 (or accompanied by an adult) and present a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state or US military ID).

What will ROTATION buy or consign?  Rotation Dancewear sells fashionable, unique and sought after pieces to dancers.  We are open to seeing any type of dancewear item you create. At this time we are focused on items desired by a professional ballet dancer/student.  Items should be well constructed if created by hand.

What does ROTATION NOT buy?  Rotation Dancewear is focused on a professional ballet dancer or ballet student.  We do not currently seek out pieces focused on a modern, jazz or hip-hop customer, but if the pieces is special, give us a try. We DO NOT purchase the following: Children's dancewear or shoes.

When do I get the money?  You will receive a PayPal transfer or mailed check within 14 days of the sale of each item or one lump sum at the end of the consignment agreement term.  Both Rotation and Consignee will agree upon details of payment.
